Introduction

How can we best foster pharmaceutical science innovation and its translation into the clinic?  The current COVID-19 pandemic is an opportunity for pharmaceutical scientists to reflect on the traditional models for drug discovery, development, access and clinical usage to make them more efficient, while maintaining the highest quality. Now more than ever, we need to step up to face global health challenges. This session will bring together a global audience and experts around the theme Smart therapeutics for a complex world.
